Covid-19 Trial Study Escort Volunteer
Beginning October 12th, and continuing through November 30th, Allina Health will be participating a worldwide Covid-19 vaccine study. All study activities will take place at Allina Health-Phillips Eye Institute (PEI) in Minneapolis.
At this time, we are looking for volunteer escorts from across the Allina Health system to assist with the following activities;
- Welcome study participants as they arrive
- Provide a mask and demonstrate proper use
- Guide participants to and from various locations in the PEI Medical Office Building
- Manage participant traffic to ensure proper social distancing
- Assist with ensuring cleaning chairs/tables after use
This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of research that will enhance healthcare for the communities we serve. No medical or research experience is needed. Volunteers must be reliable, have effective verbal communication skills and be able to walk/stand comfortably. Parking for all volunteers will be provided free of charge (volunteer meal credit is not available at PEI).
