OfficeTeam has an opportunity for an entry-level Customer Service Professional to get a foot in the door within higher education and serve as an Enrollment Support Representative! The Enrollment Support Representative positions is a phone-based role that is available immediately. Enrollment Support Representatives make outbound calls to prospective students who are looking for information on the University. Also, they handle incoming calls from prospective students inquiring about the University and help to get them information while also gauging their interest level.
Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and the desire to exceed both team and personal goals. Goals are met by responding to and resolving customer issues, either through first contact or working collaboratively with other team members.
The Enrollment Support Representative is Monday – Friday, 40 hour per week position with multiple M-F shifts available. This is a temporary opportunity that could go permanent for the right individual.
